Description
Here's my concept for Mega Beartic. I wanted to give Beartic a more fearsome look for its Mega form while also staying true to its lore. The claws are mentioned in pokedex entries when it attacks and the beard was a play off Cubchoo's leaking nose, so I gave it the claws and a leaking mouth. The Mohawk was just for fun! Since Beartic has two abilities that boost its speed, I came up with a new one that combines both but not as well, since with its stat boost, double speed would be too much. I also gave the ability an offensive boost but as it's comparable to a free Quiver Dance, I also gave it a big downside. The ability makes it stronger than Mega Mawile if used correctly. This might seem overpowered but if the weather is turned off or changed, the tides could turn very quickly.

Details
Upon Mega Evolution, Beartic's body overflows with energy, making its fur stand on end. The excess mega evolution energy leaks out of Mega Beartic in the form of saliva, which dribbles down its chin and freezes, giving its torso an icy layer of armour. Mega Evolution energy allows Mega Beartic to maintain its Icy claws permanently. With them it can launch devastating attacks and slide on or grip whatever surface it's on. This Pokemon has become a master of its natural environment. In cooler climates, Mega Beartic's weather-based ability gives it an incredible boost to its offensive stats! However, it is a double edged sword that makes it weak in warmer climates!

Seasonal - Ice-types with this ability thrive in Rain or a Hailstorm but Fire-types suffer. Fire-types with this ability thrive in Harsh Sunlight or a Sandstorm but Ice-types suffer. (Either raises or lowers Atk, SpA and Spe by one stage depending on the weather and type of user).
