Personality: Isis is a very regal mare who knows just how good she is. She is a bundle of energy, but shows it in a very sophisticated way. Isis is collected and calm, and nothing really seems to fluster her. She is a friendly mare, but not very affectionate – more like a royal who enjoys your presence but will not go any further than necessary to please you.

She doesn’t generally really like that many people or horses, she more just tolerates them, and acts politely. Isis does not appreciate nosiness, and wants to be left alone every now and then. Even if she is a generally calm horse, Isis still has her fair share of feistiness and passion. If she does not like something, she makes it extremely clear.

Riding her can be something of a... Experience. Isis heats very quickly under the saddle when doing more fast paced things – not in the way that she gets spooked, but you might not get her to listen to you that easily anymore. In dressage and like she is a perfectionist, wanting to do everything just right. She also stays much calmer, and responds more easily, but gets frustrated if the tasks are too easy or repetitive. In general she is a great mount, but somewhat difficult. On the ground she is nice and calm, but doesn’t really put her heart into it.

Independent thinker and not much into following orders, Isis tends to get into some minor arguments with the other horses. She does enjoy being a part of the herd and socializing with others in her slightly distant, royal way, but couldn’t really care less of what the leading horse thinks the herd should do. Has a few close friends, and prefers to stay together with them.
