the basket and all the fruit and flowers are made of pulled and blown sugar (isomalt)the bow and lace are made of sugar veil
this is another edible product somewhat like marrang before it dries
i will be teaching this in africa
its a little busy for my taste but it contains all the different techniques that i need to teach
