Gwen Stacy - Ghost Spider/Spider Woman

Basis: Gwen Stacy(original), Spider Gwen

For this universe, let's just imagine the radioactive spider(Well, I guess it's more of a mutating spider or something) got around before it died. Besides Peter, a few others were bit, including Gwen Stacy.

Originally reluctant to become a super hero due to her police dad and Spiderman having full control, a near death experience with Green Goblin and seeing how far the super villains would go made her join up with Spiderman as the Spider Woman. Partners in crime, she would be the first of several spider allies who helped Peter patrol their part of New York.

Mary Jane - Iron Spider/Spider Woman 2/Scarlet Spider

Basis: Mary Jane(Original), Renew Your Vows MJ/Spinneret, Iron Spider

Due to Gwen surviving and becoming closer to Peter, Mary Jane would grow distant as she became a model, though she did send correspondence to her friends, who's secret she knew.

Eventually, she would enter the employ of multi-billionaire and public hero Tony Stark. After meeting Peter during a meetup with Tony, Stark saw how close they were and, on a whim, gifted them both the newest version of the Iron Spider armor. Now able to go in to save others and help her friends, she's a major advantage for Spidey.

Felicia Hardy - Black Cat
Basis: Black Cat(Original), Mangaverse Black Cat

Orphaned due to her family's involvement in crime, Felicia Hardy would follow in the footsteps of her father, becoming a career criminal(which would force her to discard a civilian identity), so much so that even criminals like Hammer Head and the Kingpin would inquire her service.
During her tenure as a Kingpin enforcer she would be given cybernetics which would make her superhuman, including "regular" super hero feats and a "bad luck field" generator, though that was later removed.

However, when she was hired to fight Spiderman, his friendliness and mercy rubbed off on her, making her turn her back to crime and seek him when the crime families sought to kill her for her betrayal.

While she does waver in her allegiance at times and acts as one of the few allies with criminal history, for Spider Man she's proven not only to be a good friend but an excellent ally.
