Very well drawn, except the mouth.
The cigarette looks like floating in front of him.
Which could be explained with MAAAGIC but no, that is the only "bad" part.
The mouth over all is also freakin' weird with the lines.
The rest is the opposite, very good.
The lightning is well with the figure.
Not 100% about the light coming from the cigarette.
The clothes are also nice.
Like the creases look legit.
Over all it is believable.
