Yeah, him and the rest of his "family" cut an X in their foreheads as some kind of protest just after they got arrested. The girls from the group even all cut their hair. More recently he has changed the X into a more traditional swastika, which you can see here . Uh, that is, sort of see.

Having to draw a lot images of him, I found out that earlier he hasn't the classic nazi sign that we all know he has, but just a kind of X on his forehead. Or maybe it was just the tattoo that was old and ruined at that time. Anyway, at the time of that shot he didn't have the nazi sign.
And, oh.. probably he also had a broken tooth in this shot..
