I don't think anything needs redone, but in the movie is looks like her leather skirt plate is attached to the fur skirt. So maybe you could do that if you wanted to? Also, how did you do the fur skirt for this? I was thinking of ordering a faux fur fabric and attaching it with a zipper piece, but I've never used a zipper or Velcro in my life. ;-;

Sorry for the delay in responding --I was out of internet range last week.
Thank you! Yes, I noticed that too from the clips --I decided to leave the leather layer free like her skirt is in the first movie, because it would be impossible to sit down! Even then, the tips of my spikes and skulls still broke off (I used Crayola model magic), so I have to redo them at least. I'm glad you can't really tell in the photos though! If you use a more durable material for the spikes and such,maybe you could sew it down ...
There are a lot of websites with advice on sewing with faux fur, so I recommend looking at a couple. I used a simple skirt pattern, moved the opening to the side, but I did not use a zipper. In fact, I'd highly recommend NOT using a zipper or Velcro. Even though an invisible zipper might work if the pile (hair of the fur) is short, I think the teeth of the zipper might still get stuck in the fur. Velcro might get stuck in the fur also. Instead, I used hook and eye fasteners which are hidden by the fur. There are larger fur hook fasteners, but the small hook and eyes work fine. I used about three pairs and then since I bound the waistband with the brown faux leather (so the fur skirt and the "leather panels" are attached), I used a small piece of Velcro between where the waistband overlaps to fasten it. I put the opening on the right side, since I thought it'd be easier to hide the seam because her belt pouch is on that side. You can hardly see it, so I'm very happy with the result. Hope that helps!
