What I notice first: The beautiful planet. That's a solid color choice, it makes it look majestic. My eye then goes out to the shining rings then directly to the person shaped cloud underneath the planet. All of that helps me build my own story in my head, which I love to do with art.
My favorite things about this piece: I think the best things about this, and my favorites, are the planet's color (the color palette is really great) and The rough, swirling texture of the planet's rings. Those are really cool and help bring action into the shot. They're working with the slight fish lens bulge you gave the sky too. Really cool composition and very pretty to looks at.
Things that could be improved: I think boosting the contrast between the stars and the sky would helps everything pop more than it already does and also help place everything in space. Don't be afraid to use deeper black, space is very dark. But take your time, I'm working on the same thing at the moment and it takes patience and study. I think the bright colors and highlights are pretty solid, no need to change those from what I see. Also, planets are very round, make sure you flip your canvas so you can catch anything you got off, form-wise. The right side of the planet is lacking a slight curve.
Overall you did a really great job and I think this is very pretty. The composition is nice and the person shaped cloud is a nice touch. Boost up that contrast and don't be afraid of dark blacks. Keep it up!
