Continuing from previous page, despite the outline of pride that is advent's city there is something else.Adding from previous page about colour scheme there exists in advent's Value In partnership comittee a herierarchy of such, red's are the lead VIP's of their respective region while other colour&black pattern oversee their respective field. So Green is all sciences including medical. So for example tygan would fall under the green branch but is not at the top level of the division as his uniform pattern is different.
Qaint and unamed character are which is why they have the colour pattern that is fashioned more with policy and not civillian base, they are the co-ordinators to those below and answerable to the Speaker. (hence the black part)
When i can get round to it I can devise a chart fully.

To be honest I hit a wall with this one, I wanted to make the designs as inbetween, answerable to the speaker that was above and representing their respective branches and groups as decreed by their colour coding segregation. Unfortunately the designs hit the star trek route, I should in hindsight try to consult someone about design options. Well just got to go with the flow.
