The Samplers continue!Finished days back, but posting them individually till the final is posted after Manifest next month.
I do enjoy putting my own little touch to every character I draw, tis quite fun.

An interesting take on Mercury here. The light sheen around her body nicely highlights her and the background does give a good feel that fits the character. The character looks really good with the uniform looking like right out of the show, colour and tone both come together to give the picture a really nice look to it. Detailing is nice and stuff like the folds of the clothes and the hair are really well done, adds another good bit to the pic. Only thing which catches my attention are the changes such as the face and hair which honestly makes her look more like a design from Studio Ghibli than her orginal design. Not a bad thing by any means but an interesting stylistic choice. Good work all in all.

Mercury's my favorite despite Mars has my favorite element. Guess I've always loved how Ami developed over the course of the series and her fast thinking skills.

Yeah, I've taken liberties with how I depicted their hair, but definitely stuck close to some for the most part.

It's funny, hair modifications are actually my favourite part of seeing interpretations! I feel like when it comes to anime characters, hair is a big part of their identity haha, so it's nice seeing a big of an alteration.
