Also on tumblr: cosmicbeholder.tumblr.com/post…The second person to call herself Ms Marvel was Sharon Ventura, a former professional wrestler who first appeared in The Thing solo-series and then in Captain America, before joining the FF, where she was later transformed into a female version of The Thing.
From my casual series of members of the Fantastic Four . She became part of the group when Reed and Sue left in the 1990s, and Ben Grimm took over as leader.

Love it! This costume was cool, I prefered her as a normal superhero and hated it when they made her into a Thing monster.

She had some issues with confidence, and was afraid of men b/c of previous abuse. Definitely a conflicted heroine.
