1 Zod: “Come to me, Superman! Come and take your rightful place at my feet!”
1 Superman: “I’m here, General. You’ve got my attention.”
2 Zod: “Only four of you? I am insulted.”
2 Batman: “They’re all grouped together. Form a perimeter.”
3 Superman: “Oh, if you threaten an innocent, I’ll bring the whole Justice League down on your head. But I thought perhaps we could talk this through, instead.”
3 Ursa: “Zod does not idly talk, spawn of Jor-El. He commands.”
4 Superman: “You’re also guests in my home, Ursa. There’s no compelling reason to fight each other, if you don’t want to.”
4 Ursa: “Guests? You imprisoned us, like your father before you!”
5 Superman: “I couldn’t let you threaten this world. If your dreams of bloody conquest are behind you, though, I’m prepared to revisit that decision.”
5 Batman: “Superman!”
6 Superman: “Our kind can do much to nurture the people of this world. If you’ve finally come to realize that a good soldier is the servant of his people rather than their dictator, there can be a place for you here.”
