Something came to mind for me. Reginald knows how to make a martini (shaken, not stirred), wears what looks a little bit like a tuxedo mixed with a normal black suit, and if I had to guess, he even speak with a British accent, like Kibitz. Not to mention he's tough, REALLY tough.
Is he like Agent 007 (Sean Connery perhaps?)

I love to think that Reginald would be reading a book of some sort in the back of the bar at late hours, only to be disturbed by a loud thump at the front.
He'd come out, look around to find Celestia passed out on the floor and think "god dammit".
Eventually it got to a point where he took a job as a butler out of pity.

I always imagine that alicorns have really high alcohol tolerance (like Wolverine from X-men cant get drunk because of his healing factor)... so this is impressive to me!
