The robot is steam powered machine that walks around delivering balloons to those who want to buy them. He’s like the traveling sales men of balloons and joy! For what ever reason, when he saw this little girl who has clearly seen some hard times (she’s lost a leg), his hot air compressing heart blew a gasket and he had to give her a balloon for free. I love the look on the girls face, it’s the simple joy of getting a balloon while her body remains stiff, as if she’s paralyzed with excitement.Prints are available for purchase at our store here: [link]

You have to wonder what robots think of cyborgs, really. A hipster robot would probably be all "psha, wannabes", but your steambot seems like a more laid-back dude.
