Art trade withHeh, she waited a looooooooooong time for this one.
She's probally gripping an axe right now. 
Well, it's done. It's of her own original character; Jenna Zeal. She said I could change the clothes, so I made up a new outfit for her.
Hope she likes it, (and doesn't hack me to bits).

Oh, I mostly just pictured wind and did some random lines in pencil. When I ink it, I just fill in the gaps.

It's how you get it so flowy and the highlighty bits just right. ^__^ The shading is so amazing, it's just not fair to keep all your secrets to yourself.

I think I spent about an hour or two per night for four days. I'd write a tutorial, but I don't think there's much I could add since I just did pure cel-shading.

Well, there's really nothing to explain, you just make it look like that. I normally just shade them exactly in the same way that I shade eyes.
