I think this page is one of my favourites, just because assassin girl looks really cute on this one.
Stuff I've said in the previous pages:
This is actually a back story for one of my characters so it might be a little confusing. Basically, the story focuses around Ayumi who has purple hair. She was originally a side character but I've decided to centre the story around hers to make the manga a lot shorter. Her story started off as just 4 pages but I've decided to elaborate on it a bit to share it with everyone who's reading it now.
Technique:
Actual comic done on paper with screentones digitally inserted. The "dots" were the only screentones I used. blood effects, zoom lines and whatnot were done manually, freehand or with a ruler.

This is very well done, I'm attempting to do my own comic.. how do you do the shading? Just draw the lineart and do the shading digitally?

Hmm... I'm sure you now this, but I gotta say it: your strength is in drawing characters, but you gotta draw more backgrounds. XD;;
I know it's painful, but it really gives a story an atmosphere and direction.

And yeah, I know the handle's crooked, I actually reused the same pan picture in one of the later pages where I erase the hand... so yeah, without the hand it's even more obvious. xD
