Description Twister is our male Bengal tiger, and the largest of our tigers, weighing in at an estimated 600lbs. Twister was abused by his former owner, and honestly, how can you mistreat an animal that could kill you without even going out of his way. Because of this, Twister is aggressive to almost all men, especially if they have black hats, sunglasses, or beards. And look out if you've got all three. He's pretty friendly with women and men he's gotten to know, although we never go in with him, he will pounce the fence if you're not paying attention and he is one of the cats that would take you down if you got the chance.

Check out Twister in action. [link] And please ignore my commentary.

So he can clearly tell men from women and is noticably more aggressive towards men with hats, sunglasses, and beards?
Most people don't think that animals have such strong and clear memory, but that shows just how intelligent animals can be.

Well I have seen him growl at women with short hair, but he also growls at men with long hair, so that doesn't seem to make sense. You can really tell he is more aggressive around men with hats and beards, if it's just sunglasses it doesn't bother him too much.

Wow, he's a gorgeous. The shot in the water brings it out... It's so unfortunate people privately and illegally own animals and they end up with some psychological issues, which is the tip of the iceberg in some cases, really. At least he's safe now, though.

We have an alligator at our zoo that was rescued from a bathtub and his growth was stunted because of it, so nobody has any idea how old he is.

Yeah, it's sad the number of exotic and even domestic animals out there that are being abused and neglected that no one even knows about and might never be rescued. We also have an alligator that is stunted, although that was because he was hatched in a polluted area, which also gave him a deformed tail. He's about eight years old and only about three and half feet long.

Gosh, I'm glad I'm not a man He's gorgeous, all big and very well fed at that Gotta love a chubby kitty (I certainly wouldn't want HIM sleeping at the end of my bed! Most likely he would own the bed and me Hell, the 17 lb kitty does that already
The commentary wasn't bad at all, at least you don't sound like a little kid on tape.

If you want chubby, you should see the cougar twins, Zena and Zoe, they are some chubby kitties. And I thought I did sound like a little kid, well, I don't think anybody likes their own voice when it's recorded, Thanks though!

I know what you mean. I hate the sound of my voice on a recording. I wish I sounded like the way I hear myself.

That reminds me have you ever seen or heard of a black cougar? One of the girls here tells me the vet she takes her horses to sights one along her back pasture every year. I would love to see a nice chubby cougar They must be adorable Yeah I sound like a little kid when recorded, it doesn't help that my fiancee saves every voice message I've ever sent to him on his cell.

From what I understand no one has ever gotten proof that black cougars exist. I don't see why it can't be true, there are plenty of melanistic cats, bob cats, servals, leopards. So many people said they've seen black cougars, there must be something to it.

Especially all those myths about men and women seeing panthers in the americas too. I had to research that once for school. Animal myths, looked up the black dogs, the poor naked chicken and the little puppy that died but still was in a family photo they took a week later, spooky stuff.

Aww...you sound sweet...much better than my attempt at saying "Happy Birthday" on my video.

I am glad to see that Twister now has a loving home, even if he has a little thing against men. It looks like he is enjoying himself in his pool!
