WOW! Thanks so much! It didn't have a mother bone so I added one on PMDEditor, but I open the model and now it's gray. [link]

Okay, I'm not 100% sure how that format works, still. Is the new file in the same place (folder) as the textured images? If not, try that

okaydokey, lets see... pmx is the skeleton data and the like, pmd is the model file so I'll use that. Docs are in Japanese... Lemme just find a script and do a bit of testing... I'll be right back

cute! i really like the background looks like a lot of work.. how was the tree done? and is this going to be a videogame or something? like what are you doing these for?

The tree is just a subdivided cylinder with a texture and bump-map applied, that was done by BMF. I'm doing these pics for a project called kinectemon, which just aims to animate blender models with the Kinect, and I'm using PokΓ©mon to showcase it.
Unfortunately, my main computer is BSODing, so I'm stuck just putting the models on backgrounds for now, you know: Getting a bit of attention/attraction before the main event :/

Well, try out Blender! It's easy to use, flexible and free!

can you direct me to a link? i'll think about it in the future, gotta finish up my latest project by Monday, then I gotta take a break from the computer cuz i spend way too much time on it. Can't be doing that next semester, so gonna take a vacation at the beach house away from any sort of electronics, maybe save for a tv/dvd player without cable, haha. quitting smoking too...really gotta get myself together. wasted too many years of my life and now's the time for change.
