I can imagine, I've been to a similar building before but It looked no where near as nice as this

it doesn't seemed to be as tagged with grafitti as some abandoned buildings. I wonder if it's haunted, as some are.

yes - it´s one of these very rare buildings, which are not trashed - even after 30 years of vacancy! no grafittis - awesome atmosphere ...
