Description
This is our new Betta fish. He's in a 29 gallon tank with 4 Leopard Danios and two guppies. Everyone is blue and/or silver. It's an accidental theme, but I like it.
My fish are actually staying alive this time!

I keep my Betta with my 5" hybrid cichlid and my 13" plecostomus and have no problems (please don't try that unless you know your cichlid's temperament, even then it's still risky).

He did. He was the only betta in the tank. Gave that fish away years ago.

Nice Pic. But i'd take him out of the tank with the gups. He wont hurt the tetras, but more than likely hell hurt the guppys. Bettas are aggresive towards fish with long, colorful tails.

lovely Turq SD, but i'd remove the guppies, my males ate my guppies alive, literally :-/ try some catfish and mollies, they're pretty safe from the boys

Betta's are triggered to attack anything with a long flowing fin, like theirs, so if you choose your fish carefully you can have a lovely community fish tank with one male betta !
