Description  General William J. Fred, also known as just General Fred, was born on September 13th, 1983 in Napoleon, Ohio. He was born into a family as an only child where his father was in the U.S. Army, and his mother as a former military nurse. Fred at a young age and throughout his life was tutored by John Fred, his father, into rigorous military discipline, knowledge, and mentality, as his father wanted him to be in the military some day. Young Fred was actually opposed to wanting to join a military career with his father in a level of disappointment. This however changed in 1991, when the Iraqi's invaded Kuwait and his father was sent to take part in Desert Storm and fight the Iraqi's. Young Fred, only eight years old, was most welcomed to changing his mind about the military. He saw his father going to fight for America and the liberation of Kuwait as something that should be followed by tradition. Fred from that point on was devoted to the military and for him to join when the day comes.

William Fred in high school was a part of the JROTC as his father was being stationed more and more state side, to make his father proud of such a path to go down. However Fred was not to be with his father state side for much longer. On September 11th Fred, his father, and his mother witnessed the events of 9/11 and with the World Trade Center crashing down. Him and his father were both filled with rage after what happened on that day. On September 13th, John took Fred down to the nearest U.S. Army recruiter to have him enlisted in the U.S. Army and serve his country. Fred at that point did not care if he was to die in war or not, he just wanted to serve the land he loved and to kill his enemies that ever stand in his way.

After months of training, Fred was finally able to be sent out to war. However this did not happen right away as he expected. Although Afghanistan was being invaded and a place where the fighting was happening, Fred was only sent to Germany as a routine oversea's post. Fred was furious and requested multiple times to his commanding officers to send him to Afghanistan. They denied due to him being placed as a lower priority. However that changed in 2003 where he was sent to Iraq to take part in the 2003 Invasion. He was delighted to be going to the middle east and fight the exact same enemy as his father had. Which his father at this time was in Afghanistan and could not take part of the 2003 invasion.

The invasion was a large learning and heroic experience for Fred. He was in multiple hot and deadly engagements where he preformed well above the call of duty. He was awarded the Medal of Honor in Iraq after saving seven other comrades in a cut off house. In that engagement he was wounded while putting the lives of his buddies before his own, while under orders not to do so.

Fred quickly ran through the ranks of the Army while he continued to preform at unbelievable levels and duties for which he volunteered for. He was commended as an extraordinary soldier and for others to take example of him.

In 2009 Fred was transferred to the 10th Mountain division to be part of combat actions and anti Taliban operations in Afghanistan. As a First Sgt. he was recommended by his superiors to be sent to West Point to be trained as an officer and become a Second Lt. He accepted the offer and was sent to West Point to begin his process. Four years later Fred became a Second lt. He was quickly sent back to Afghanistan after finalizing his officer's courses to command his own platoon into battle. Fred, as with his enlisted career, quickly rose through the ranks and established himself to be an excellent soldier.

For the next nine years until 2023, Fred displayed an unprecedented level of master tactical knowledge, strategy, and as well as bravery, being given a second Medal of Honor in 2020. He was then sent to Ukraine for assisting Ukrainian troops against Russian soldiers attacking the region. This is where Fred was able to shine in his abilities as a great commander. By this time he was already a Brigadier General while he was yet transferred again to another division, this being the re-formed 3rd Armored Division.

In multiple engagements Fred had proven to be an un-mastered commander with winning 47 engagements and only losing 6, which even then were almost close to winnings. The Russian government placed a bounty of $5,000,000 US dollars on his head, in hoping to have traitors take him out. This was attempted three times but no effect, as all of the attempts failed or barely made any impediment on his commanding.

When the war ended in 2025, with the Russians signing a cease fire with Ukraine, Fred was a Major General, second in command to the entire 3rd Armored Division. He was then transferred to the states along with the 3rd armored and was placed into a simple non overseas garrison role.

In 2030, with the United States in open rebellion, which was commanded by none other than Richard Johnson, Fred was at a crossroads to choose which side to ally with. He quickly and with no hesitation chose to assist and take part of the rebellion under command of Richard Johnson. He rallied the 3rd armored, which its commanding general had abandoned them trying to avoid the war, and Fred himself took full command of the division, and from there he easily and quickly got the force to join Richard and the fight against the tyrannical government. Throughout the two years of rebellion/civil war, Fred was the second leading General of the people's revolting force. But after the civil war ended in 2032, and Richard being elected President of the newly founded Rangerian States of America, he resigned from any higher position than commanding general of the 3rd Armored division, as he had fought so honorably with that unit.

In 2039, with WW3 starting, Fred was in the Philippines garrisoned there with his 3rd Armored. He was attacked by Chinese troops right on day one of the war but days later the Chinese were pushed back by his forces. General Fred a year later was transferred to the Eastern Front as well as promoted to four star general in order to take command of the Baltic 2nd Army, which was part of the Baltic Army Group. He then another year later, after having  extremely successful campaigns, was promoted to five star general (General of the Army) to take full control of Army Group Baltic. Another year later, 2042, Fred was finally promoted to six star rank (General of the Armies) so he may be able to utualize his skills along the entire eastern front and even the entire U.S. Army branch, as well as being the commanding general of Operation Total Avenge, which was the turning point in the war and would end the stalemate. Which being a six star general of the U.S. was virtually becoming the branch itself, as the rank called for full seniority of the branch, except for commander in chief (the President).

In 2046, with the war ended and won a year previous, Fred resigned his commission to finally return home. He returned to his home of Napoleon, Ohio with welcomes across the country, welcomes from people who admired him and served under him during the war. The mayor proposed to change the name of Napoleon, Ohio to Freds, Ohio. Fred requested that such a thing should not happen, as he stated "If you people are so eager to honor me in such a way that you and others subscribe to, please keep the name 'Napoleon' as he is a part of me and removing it for my own name is more disrespectful than enshrining me to my home town". His words were respected as he at this point was a man of humble and calm thinking.

In 2047, with Richard not running for office again, Fred decided to take the passing torch, and run for president of the United States as a Republican, for which Richard himself was also a Republican. Fred won by a landslide having taken 331 electoral votes, well over the needed 270 to win. Richard before he left office signed the congress approved bill that would, upon his leaving of office, reinstate the United States as official title, and as well as the 27 amendments, with the 22nd reinstated to limit presidential terms. Fred then on January 20th, 2049 took the oath of office as the 49th President of the united states, but only 48th if Richard was to be discarded for his role as president of the Rangerian States.

For over the 8 years as president, Fred continued and expanded on the policies Richard had set forth for the country. The country under Fred prospered and remained at peace, having made great advancements including becoming great trading partners with China and even Russia, setting aside the troubled past and live for the better future.

When Richard was killed by assignation on the 13th of June (Richard's Birthday) of 2066, Fred was overcome by grief and sadness that he was to the point of wanting to commit suicide, feeling that every part of him was taken away. He lost a friend, a commander in chief, a comrade in arms, and above all, a brother. Fred went to his funeral and before leaving gave a last statement quoting, "Farewell, brother, continue living free and living endlessly in the cloudy skies of heaven". And as Fred slowly walked away from Richard's coffin, he shed a tear but did not allow anyone to see as he walked away.

William J. Fred on October 25th, 2067 at the age of 84 died from natural causes leaving behind a legacy of great courage, commanding, and brotherhood.

Simply epic job, especially how you drew simple things on some figures with such superb detail and the best taste like the gold buttons on the class C and the lapel detailing on the winter outfit. My only change I'd like is going back to the classic army officer great seal cap eagle instead of this one with the extra box over the tail at the bottom. Awesome job.

thank you very much Sir king, I appreciate the compliment. But going to the cap with the box on the eagle's tail, I did that on purpose because 1 its the RSA and so I believe that there must be enough difference, yet again the RSA was formed to restore freedom and liberty and as the old american ways. And 2 I actually do agree with you, I almost was going to get rid of it myself, but then I had to remember that I may seem unoriginal (which it still is unoriginal now) and I had to put creativity into it. Which that was the best I could do, frankly I am not much of a creative person when it comes to this stuff

It's Mr. Lobster or Lobster. And I vehemently disagree about being unoriginal. Tons of the stuff above and other stuff you have done is very original. And being USA based, I've always accepted simply carrying over the current or past military's stuff on top of your own ideas.

hmm well thank you sir, I might still experiment and if I am unable to get a better add on than just the little greek style bar, I will leave it as the older US army one that we use today. And I shall call you Mr. Lobster, but I called you Sir king BECAUSE YOU GOT KING IN YOUR TITLE REEEEEEEEE lol

The name was created as a reference to some joke I made years ago and was intended to be ridiculous and funny but easy to remember. So far it’s worked.

I like a good dose of flashy every now and then, keep it up.

But is that a sash under the belt?

thank you very much, but yes that is a sash under the belt, but a lot of times the US army back right before ww1 put belts on top of their sashes. They've done that for dress uniforms even in the civil war. But is it a wrong style or something, because another person noted that as a strange thing and I am confused.

Brilliant, though a bit of an overkill. The sash in ceremonial dress, the cummerbund under the waistcoat (either cummrbund OR waistcoat should be worn, never both) in mess dress and the white lining and lanyard on the dress blue greatcoat, makes those uniforms look a bit eclectic and slightly detracts from the overall impression. But beyond those minor faults (in my opinion) you have done exceptional work.

IMO I like all of the stuff on him, it might seem overkill with all of the medals on, I can understand that. I mean thats totally fine to think its overkill, I respect your opinion and will note of it. And thank you for the compliment I appreciate it.
