Inadvertently, yes. The idea was that Dinky dressed up as a muffin (I don't know for what) and Derpy,as a pony who loves Dinky and muffins, believed Dinky was in an actual muffin. Derpy tried to eat it and her chewing on the bottom of the muffin began to tickle Dinky.
