I never want a party or big celebration. I just want a special dinner and a cake. So I am happy, but it is so sweet your mother doing something really specail for yours. Also I know the feeling. -_- Curse you father time.

so she made the mistake of telling you "on your 20th birthday you'll be a princess" now you will have expectations. in the most probable event that you don't have blue blood (as in of a noble lignage because only Cephalopod like squids really do have a blood that IS blue) here a tip. expect a good looking dress, a relatively fancy restaurant dinner with the whole familly, a limousine for the night and every adult having broth a present for you. or a massive BBQ picnic

good luck passing to the beginig of your thrid deceny young one I myself am eating the last piece of my 22 birthday cake (And I am still YOUNG thank you very much. Geez geting old at at 20 with that thinking you'll be a FOCILE by 40)
