The missing water bottle I wasn't able to finish for my senior thesis several years back. I spent a bit of time on it recently, just to wrap it up.This was one of several bottles I rendered in Photoshop as part of a project detailing perceived value, and how the outward appearance of items affects our perception of its inherent worth. In this case, it was water.

'Oftentimes' is a word? I had to look it up in the dictionary. What a crazy language we have. Anyway, that's a nice, concise presentation. I wish there had been something creative in my degree course which started at the same time.
I know a friend who is oftentimes sold on box design alone, and I worry for him. 
PS. You probably don't care any more, but the Flash file seems to reload the page after some length of time, possibly at the end of the background music.

Maybe it's just me, and maybe I just don't have the same appreciation for design as others... but you basically took a milk carton and made it into a water bottle... and somehow it took a lot of work. And this bottle doesn't reflect any sort of image of prestige at all, so I hope that wasn't your intention.

Sorry to ask like this, but, is there somewhere where I can find this thesis and/or others?
there are some universities that "offer" (i just forgot the right word...) those for consulting.
I'm doing some research on branding and it is really hard to find academyc works (at least here in Brazil).
You're probably annoied with theese questions all the time, and sorry for being anothe one, but I think that as a teacher you probably know those kind of things...

looks really great, but my perception is whoever buys this product will have problems holding it and should probably spend their money on something rounder. Reminds me of the Flinstones and how some people used those square rock wheels on their cars.

I would have toned down the noise/glitter myself, or maybe softened it with more blur. But that's just me. Nice work!
