A mysterious, happy-go-lucky drifter, Eiji Hino has seemingly no desires of his own. That is until he encounters Ankh, a rogue member of the Greeed species. The Greeed desire to obtain human emotion at any cost, and thus create monsters out of human desires to gather strength for them. Working with Ankh and the mysterious Kougami Foundation, Eiji takes on the ancient mantle of OOO, a person who uses Core Medals to transform and gain power!

Neutral Special - Medajalibur
OOO draws his Medajalibur, a weapon created by the Foundation that is powered by grey Cell Medals. This changes Eiji's Normal, Tilt and Smash attacks to incorporate the blade, increasing their overall range. Holding B loads Cell Medals into the weapon, up to three at a time. This powers up Eiji's normals, dealing extra damage and knockback. Pressing B unleases a Scanning Charge that sends a wave of energy forward, slicing those in front. The power of the Scanning Charge depends on how many Cell Medals were loaded into the weapon.

Side Special - Tiger Slash

OOO lunges forward, slashing with his arm mounted Tiger claws. Pressing B again after the initial dash makes OOO perform a stronger, energy-charged slash. Tiger Slash makes a good horizontal recovery. In the air, Tiger Slash moves diagonally up, and the second attack has a 'sweet spot' that spikes foes downwards.

Up Special - Hopper Jump

OOO uses the power of the Grasshopper Medal to perform a powerful upwards leap. Holding B enables OOO to increase the height of his jump, but he cannot change it's trajectory after he jumps.

Down Special - Hawk Sight

OOO enters a counter stance, using the power of the Hawk Medal to gague an opponent's weakness. Hawk Sight does different things depending on what hits OOO in the initial frames of the stance. If a thrown item or a projectile hits OOO, he performs an attack that reflects the thrown item or projectile back. If he is hit with a physical attack, however, he performs a counterattack to knock enemies away. Hawk Sight does not counter grabs or similar moves.

Final Smash - Magna Blaze

GIN GIN GIN! GIGA SCAN! "SEIYAAAAA!"

Kamen Rider OOO transforms into Tajador Combo and flies into the background, wreathed in the fiery image of a phoenix. A crosshair appears on the screen, and the player must aim it at the opponent they choose to attack. When B is pressed again, OOO dives down, delivering a powerful Rider Punch that knocks the targeted foe flying. Afterwards, OOO returns to his base Tatoba Combo and returns to the stage.

Side Taunt: OOO takes up his familiar pose whilst giving a battle cry.

Up Taunt: OOO runs his O-Scanner across his belt, which cries out the names of the Core Medals inserted. Depending on the costume, the sounds will be different.

Down Taunt: Ankh appears next to OOO and says "Eiji! Try this Medal!" He tosses a Core Medal to OOO, who catches it and says "All right!" before Ankh disappears.

Victory Pose 1: OOO rides in on the Ride Vendor, saying "I'll reach out my hand to everyone!"

Victory Pose 2: OOO performs a series of slashes with the Medajalibur and gives his battle cry of "SEIYA!"

Victory Pose 2: Ankh appears to pester OOO, saying "I better get an ice pop for this!", whilst OOO groans "Alright, alright!"

Stage: Medal Vessel
On this stage, fighters leap between the platforms extending from the sides of the Vessel, consisting of the different colours of Core Medals. Each platform has it's own hazards - the Sagozo Medal platform, for instance, can cause shifts in gravity, making fighters heavier or lighter, whilst the Shauta platform sends occasional waves of water across the stage.

Giru, the Dinosaur Greeed, can be seen in the background. He will occasionally disrupt the battle by firing purple flames at the stage, damaging fighters. At some point in the battle, the fighters are taken into the centre of the Medal Vessal, where Giru rips open a black hole at the top of the stage. If fighters are sucked into the black hole, they are K.O.'d, so it is a good strategy to knock opponents into it for an easy point.
