Trophy Info:
Nobody can deny Pikachu's popularity. It's so popular, in fact, that people often take to dressing up their Pikachu in various outfits! Pikachu Libre is one such Pikachu - dressed as a masked wrestler, she takes on a rambunctious and fiery personality with her. Whilst she looks similar to Pikachu on the outset, don't be fooled - Pikachu Libre hits harder and has much flashier moves in comparison. She may not have the same agility as her male counterpart, but she's got spirit and a shocking drive to win!
-------
Information:
Pikachu Libre is not considered an alternate costume or Echo Fighter for Pikachu, but an entirely different character. This is due to various differences in moves and properties, as listed below:
- Overall, Pikachu Libre isn't quite as fast as Pikachu. She has somewhat slower movement speed, but compensates with a much higher jump, like a wrestler leaping off the top rope. Her normal moves also deal slightly more damage.
- Pikachu Libre has some different normals from the regular Pikachu, as well as different throws.
- Pikachu Libre also has her own unique taunts and idle animations.
Basic Attacks
A, A, A - A headbutt, followed by a tail swipe, followed by a dropkick.
Side Tilt - Side kick.
Up Tilt - Overhead tail swipe.
Down Tilt - Tail sweep.
Side Smash - Electrified two-footed dropkick.
Up Smash - Electrified tail swipe.
Down Smash - Electrified elbow drop.
Dash Attack - Flying butt attack.
Neutral Air - Electrical burst.
Up Air - Overhead tail swipe.
Forward Air - Senton splash.
Back Air - Backwards double kick.
Down Air - Midair body splash that causes Pikachu Libre to drop out of the air.
Throws
Pummel - Pikachu Libre shocks the opponent.
Forward - Pikachu Libre performs a Sunset Flip Powerbomb on the opponent.
Back - Pikachu Libre performs a German Suplex on the opponent.
Up - Pikachu Libre does a Back Breaker on the opponent.
Down - Pikachu Libre does a Stunner on the opponent.
Neutral Special - Thunder Wave
Pikachu Libre sends a wave of electricity bouncing along the stage in front of her. Whilst Thunder Wave travels less distance than Thunder Jolt and inflicts less damage, it causes paralysis, the duration of which extends with how much damage the opponent has taken. This was originally a custom move for Pikachu in Super Smash Bros. for Wii U and Super Smash Bros. for 3DS.
Side Special - Wild Charge
Holding B makes Pikachu Libre charge up the attack. Releasing it causes Pikachu Libre to somersault forwards, wreathed in electricity. Charging the move increases the distance and damage of the move. Wild Charge hits multiple times, with the last hit dealing considerable knockback, but does less damage per hit to compensate. This is based on the Shocking Skull Bash custom move for Pikachu in Super Smash Bros. for Wii U and Super Smash Bros. for 3DS.
Up Special - Quick Attack
Pikachu Libre dashes quickly around the stage, leaving electrical afterimages. This move is functionally identical to Pikachu's Quick Attack, with the only difference being that Pikachu Libre's quick attack does not travel as far, but creates an electrical burst after each dash that lightly damages foes.
Down Special - Spark
Pikachu Libre creates a jolt of electricity around herself. It has slow startup lag, but deals more damage and launches foes. This was originally the custom move Thunder Burst in Super Smash Bros. for Wii U and Super Smash Bros. for 3DS.
Final Smash - Thunderclap Press
"PI-KA-CHUUU~!"
Pikachu Libre performs a giant body splash that creates a shockwave of electricity around her. If this move is performed in midair, Pikachu Libre will plummet until she hits a platform or solid ground. Opponents caught by the shockwave are transported to a wrestling ring, where Pikachu Libre displays jumps from the turnbuckle and performs a shooting star press on the grounded opponents, resulting in an explosion of electricity.

Palutena's Guidance:
PIT: So... I dont get it. Why is Pikachu wearing a different outfit?
PALUTENA: Actually, that's Pikachu Libre.
PIT: What? But that's just Pikachu in a weird costume!
VIRIDI: Oh, simple, naive Pit. Clearly, you don't know as much about Pikachu as you think you do. For one thing, this is a girl Pikachu. Look at the tail!
PIT: Oh... it's heart-shaped. Wait, you mean Pikachu was a girl all along?!
VIRIDI: No, you dunce! This is a different Pikachu! Ugh, it's like trying to teach multiplication to a five-year old!
PALUTENA: It's not easy teaching it to Pit, either.
PIT: Hey! I'm getting there!
PALUTENA: Anyway, Pikachu Libre actually fights quite differently from a normal Pikachu. She uses a lot of moves based in pro wrestling, like suplexes and throws.
PIT: How can something that small do wrestling moves?!
VIRIDI: You should see how ridiculous you look holding an Ore Club.
PIT: That's not even a fair comparison!
PALUTENA: Focus, Pit. Pikachu Libre's best move is Wild Charge. It does a lot of damage, but takes time to recover. If you can stay out of range, or hit her whilst she charges it up, you can get an advantage.
VIRIDI: Just try not to get pinned for the three-count. Beaten by a mouse - how humiliating!
PIT: Uh... I don't think they have three-count rules in Smash.
