SURPRISE IT'S NOT YOUR AVERAGE MERMAID MUAHAHAHAHAHAHAOkay so I had a whim to draw a mermaid but then I thought "Ugh... but there are already enough stereotypical mermaids out there, I want to be more original then THAT..." Then it came to me...
Angler Fish Mermaid
You know, those freaky fish with the glowing lure on their head? Yeah, those.
In fact, while looking at pictures of them, I realized most of them had huge eyes, so that got me thinking... Angler fish are kinda misunderstood. Sure, they're terrifying and really need to get their under bite checked out, but then look at sharks, they're terrifying as heck and most have the same amount of aggression as an angler so why do people love them? So just as a bit of a joke, I tried to use Angler fish's usual huge eyes to my advantage and make an almost adorable angler fish mermaid XD
