Description made this one from a photograph of mine.
still a beginner in vector graphics.

(sorry for the jagged edges, i haven't learned to convert* them and make things smoothly curvy ..
there is no larger version, i work in a very small canvas size. it's a bad habit of mine. )

done with Photoshop 7.0 using pen tool
the cherry blossoms are made through brushes,
so i didn't have the heart to put this in the vector art category.

This is amazingly good aswell

I'm surprised you'er working in PS when making vectors.
You should use Illustrator, more control and by far better line work
