Unfortunately, no. They're 3ds max material files, getting them to open in Rhino isn't really possible. You can use the normal map to make something similar though...

can I ask u something? i'm a beginner in 3D max and Vray but whenever I set the lighting and everythiing should be ok it always renders the lighting with alot of noise on the chrome metal
