Commission work. Original characters company mascot. Please do not re-use, alter or re-distribute, thanks!It's the same character in different poses =]. Lines & Color done in Photoshop CS4. BG came from a random photo I took at the hotel i stayed at in Hong Kong.
Also after looking at this I really gotta start flipping my lineart before coloring >_> it's looking kinda wonky flipped over T_T.

i was thinking along the lines of the bridge game tournaments my mother goes to all over the world and all the weird people she tells me about... did you know Bill Gates plays competative bridge? My mother has seen him at tournaments with bodyguards lol. And I mean c'mon, "The Foot"! A bridge player born with no arms and one leg that he uses for holding his cards, blowing his nose and holding a fork!

i am successfully procrastinating on finishing the last 30 seconds of the book trailer storyboard YAY! At the moment that is my major deadline and the ongoing development of a small manga contract elsewhere. No hurry or anything tho so don't feel pressured to sort it all out right away xP.

This time it was me flat out forgetting. Last week was exhausting, so by the time I got to sit down and do anything, I just felt like going to bed.

Argh this storyboard is taking forever to do. I am procrastinating =__=. Yeah, this manga contract will probably go on for a couple years since the production schedule isn't full-time.
I totally feel your pain =/. There's never enough time in a day to get everything done. And LO! Back to work tomorrow for another week arrrghh!! I'm so exhausted I'd like nothing more than to pass out atm. However, must force myself to at least finish this next chunk of storyboard... and post the help wanted ad for the BG and 3D work.

I totally hear you on the procrastinating part. I want to enter a writing contest, but I have lost the motivation to actually write for it (even though I really like writing). Ugh! Sorry that the manga contract isn't full time but yay for it being more long term! I hope?
I took vacation last week and, while it was very productive, I did not get done nearly the amount I thought I would. I am so envious of my mother being retired! lol Did you get to rest after the storyboards you drew? I wish I could draw to help you out with your animation...but I'm lucky I can draw my dinky roses. ;_;

I knowwww u.u motivation comes and goes like the wind!! I am forcing myself to get these animation scenes done, although for some I need the background art to do them. And yups, the manga contract should go on for a couple years at a steady pace. It does have an ending so I can see it being completed at some point.
yay retirement =__= i can only wish to retire someday. At this point, I don't ever see it happening. I don't earn a pension. Phew, writing on hold.....again!

I am right there with you. I know several companies in the USA that have stopped providing pensions and so it is all 401K investment (like the company I am working for at the moment). This would be fine for people who get it and know how to do it. I don't, even after going through some consulting and a course in it. So all that money I dump into a 401k could just go bye-bye one day because the market crashes. How reassuring is that? So unless I make it big in writing (HA!) or win the lottery (when I don't play), I may never retire. Sigh...

Man, that sounds like RRSP funds here. Part of our paycheck can be automatically deposited into a retirement fund- I don't think it has anything to do with government, just done through banks. As with everything else, interest goes up and down all the time...
I bought lottery tickets! *crosses fingerse* I won $10 once LOL.

Yes, 401K goes through the banks. Social Security is a portion of our paycheck that goes to the government pool that we are supposed to be able to pull from when we retire, but there is quite a bit of debate as to whether or not it will still be there by the time I am at the age in which I can retire. :-/
Oh! I will cross my fingers for you!! I think I won $10 total from some lottery scratchers I bought. o.o
Yeah, there really isn't any deadline for the logos yet.
