Here we go! Sorry for the wait, school and homework, but assignments completed and sword was earned - huah! Feeling happy! So, I started a cover page, got half-way through and scrapped it. Finished my assignments, took a much needed nap, got up and ate, and then whipped this out. Next few pages will be quite a bit of work as I plan to do a little exposition and setting the stage, and then a scene we all know and love, but with a little twist at the end. Hang on. I like to think it was the opposite of The Force Awakens, it's was good, not forgive the pun, but not stellar. The climax made that movie worth it totally, 110%. Oppositely, TFA was stellar all the way through and had an alright-ish Climax.
I went with 4 of my friends on opening weekend. Two of us were hard-core Star Wars fans and we noticed some of the flaws immediately, like the jump to Hyperspace in atmosphere of Jedha which we BOTH called in the movie immediately "Bullshit".
Definitely did a good job of portraying Tarkin, mind you his original actor, Peter Cushing, died over a decade ago.
Can't remember his name, but the most interesting guy int he movie was the Force Adept Asian guy who was blind. That guy is a f--- badass.

Another thing myself and my star wars knowledgeable friend called immediately was the Star Destroyer floating over the city on Jedha, we only got a partial view of the Bridge tower, but in canon ISDs aren't rated for atmosphere, only VSDs and smaller are.
My friend Taylor got up at the end of the movie and said "The Summary of Rogue One? /EVERYBODY DIED/" while making a rainbow motion with his hands.
Oh, and watching Vader slicing through Rebel Soldiers like butter was just soooo good.

There's other stuff I know was wrong with it, but holy shit that climax was more than enough to look past them all.

Continuing on the Star Wars thing, did you see VII? Adam Driver, the guy who played Kylo Ren was freaking hot. Most handsome Sith ever, LOL.

Personally Revenge of the Sith is my favourite Star Wars movie, but only because Ian Mcdiarmid just completely stole the show as freaking Palpatine. Fun fact, Palpatine's first name is "Sheev" kinda underwhelming lol.
Oh, and all the Jedi died. And the Old Republic died. And Yoda and Palpatine had a badass Lightsaber Duel and started throwing the now worthless Senate seats at each other.
