Ohhhh okay. Well, then, I'll explain.
When someone is trying to show off a new artistic talent (like art, singing, dancing, etc.), if they aren't very good, other people will tell them that by saying, "Don't quit your day job". It means, "You won't ever make a living off of this new 'talent', so you should stick with the job you have now." XD (No one ever says it in real life, though, because it's so mean. You just hear it in the media. XD)
I'm saying that you ARE good, by saying, "DO quit your day job." And I'm also saying it because you said you did it while you were bored at work. Therefore your work is clearly getting in the way of your art, so you should quit your job so you can focus on art! XD
