Description
This is my tribute to the Finnish soldier in the Winter war.The Winter War was fought in midst of the coldest winter in memory, the blizzard going as low as 40 degrees below zero. Despite that and the overwhelming material numbers of the soviets, the Finnish soldier prevailed.
I, and all the Finnish, owe much to those men and women who fought to preserve the independence of our homeland.

Love the emotion caught in this one. The fatigue of war just lines his face and radiates out of his eyes. Plus his pose is really nice as well. And gotta love the Tommy sitting there idly just waiting.
(In the dark blue I kinda see a Rhino charging downward to the left, just me though it could be like, he is being asked to be like the Rhino, a juggernaut in this horrid cold war.)

I mightve added maybe a hint of a cloud escaping his mouth to better show the cold, but its really good anyways.

The gun is not Tommy, if you mean by that the legendary Tommygun. It's Finnish Suomi M-31 SMG designed by Aimo Lahti. It was an efficient weapon, to such extent as to be copied by soviets in their PPsh-41 SMG.
