Hello everyone. I am pretty pissed at what did to me (she's obviously a b****
) so here is my message to her and to Dragoneer. "Hope you end up like this guy right here! "Note: this is NOT supposed to be an actual death threat. I know better than that.
Okay, all dark black humor jokes aside, this here is actually a visual representation of the Mega Man robot master Skull Man if he were to have appeared in the Ruby Spears cartoon. He is the only robot master from the fourth game to not appear in the TV series. And there is even an actual reason given for his absence, since his death-like theme would not have been suitable for kids.
the biggest change is he now has a mouth, which takes the form of his skull's jawbone. Other changes are minor. Enjoy!

Of course, now I understand. While Skull Man was a good-looking robot, I guess Ruby Spears was right. The reason why he was absent from the Ruby Spears cartoon was because of his death-like theme, which, as a consequence, would've been unsuitable for any audience, especially kids.
But reasons for Flash Man and Bubble Man's absences should've been be explained, too; I would assume that those two Robot Masters would have lacked a lot of power in their themes and they would've been too weak to be soldiers on Wily's side (both Robot Masters also appeared in Gemini Man's revisited stage in Mega Man 3).
As for Charge Man, no railroad scenes were shown for him to travel on, so RS didn't think he'd be movable on any tipe of land except railroad lines, which were never shown. Napalm Man was absent too from the show, except for his one-second cameo in the intro to the theme song.

Skull Man along with Pharoh Man (who appeared in Electric Nightmare) would have fit nicely into the episode where Wily Created Mummy robots, a Vampire robot, a Werewolf robot, and a Frankenstine robot.

First of all, that's the name of an actual episode. Second, you didn't even answer my other question about if RS Freeze Man can be drawn. Were you asking the artist of the deviation, or me, a commentor who just wanted to make some jokes about what Skull Man might have been like if he had been on the show and didn't have any impact on the deviation in question?
