Description
My first piece of artwork created entirely on my iPhone. Like Flashman before him, I decided to create a Ruby Spears Megaman version of Chargeman from MM5, another Robot Master who failed to appear in the cartoon.A few changes here and there, mainly removing the middle section and dome of his ripoff Thomas head, allowing him to finally turn his head, and gave him wheels to ride the rails.

If he was actually in the cartoon, he'd probably say "CHOOOOO-CHOOOOOO!" often.

He probably could have appeared in the episode most infamous for the "Guts Man's Ass" scene with him as a train ride, or something along those lines.
