Alright! This was my sushi presentation for my Garde Manger class. I presented it on my chaud froid plate I had made the day before. From top to bottom:Inverted Philadelphia Roll
California Roll
Vegetarian Cone
Shrip Hand Roll
Gari (pickled ginger) Rose
Wasabi Leaf
Soy/Honey dipping sauce in a carved squash
I got a 96 on it because my Inverted Philly Roll was a little on the small side. Its hard to roll the rice on the outside ><

Very nice, although I do have to agree with the person who scored you... it IS a tad small... however, I know myself it can be tricky making the sushi inverted like that.
You spent a lot of thought and hard work with this, and it really shows through! ^^ I think it's beautiful enough to serve at an expensive restaurant! ^^

I ate all of that sushi, hands down. The chaud froid is edible, but I don't like the taste of aspic, so I had to throw it away ><
