Def: Based on the design of the SU-2-122 SPG developed in 1941. The T-152 was armed with the M-10 152 mm gun, and had a hull mounted 7.62 mm gun meant for anti-infantry, though a 12.7 AA gun was mounted on later models. After the trials were completed in
late 1942 just days before the SU-152 would be developed. Around 5 prototypes were built, and the tank was accepted into production. The tank was easy to produce, and easy to maintain thanks to being based on the T-34 which had spare parts sky high, but production ceased in late 1943 as the SU-152 was becoming more popular for it's smaller size.
