History: Originally born in Japan, he was immediately shipped to America, so he doesn't really know anything of Japan. He was adopted by a nice couple who were building a koi pond in their back yard, but due to money issues they couldn't finish it, and had to give up their poor Oori. He was shipped to a pet store but the tanks were just too small for the growing boy so he fled the store. He was found sprawled on the street from being out of water for too long by an upstanding citizen, and was taken to Pawsville Pet Center. Now he searches for a forever home.
