September’s star is Sally Callaghan, who generously allowed our team to snap her whilst she was on holiday with her husband and two children. The Mighty Muscle Maiden Ministry’s Chief Scientist has made subtle but important breakthroughs in numerous fields, sometimes working in conjunction with colleague Claudia Chatwin (April, in our calendar!) or multidisciplinary multidoctorate megagenius Jeni Any of the S.W.O.L.E. Task Force (January). She is also a more than formidable fighter in her own right, especially when backed up by the rifle she designed and continues to refine to this day.

Her super strength and Gift of genius came from a wish she made under enchanted mistletoe that then-boyfriend, now-husband Joe bought for her as a pre-Christmas surprise. Since then she’s gone from strength to strength - a pun she personally approved! - and become a force for good in an increasingly chaotic world.

“September is a great month,” Sally says. “The weather’s still warm enough to enjoy - as you can see! - and we almost get one last hurrah before the kids develop Christmas fever.”

When we asked Sally if she minded us marketing her as a ‘MILF’, she laughed heartily… although her chuckle had something of an edge.

“My dear, I prefer to think of myself as a ‘MILTCETSCO’: a ‘Mom I’d Like To Consensually Enjoy The Sexual Company Of’. Bloody juvenile film…”

“Besides,” she continued, giving a smile that’s one part prim, one part wistful, and several parts sauce, “only my husband gets to do that kind of thing.”

With that, it’s probably best that we leave Sally to her cocktails, and the loving company of her family.
