woohoo!so cute ^_^
anyways, its my contest entry for ~FrozenFeather 's color set contest ^_^
and it is also the ditto of my region ^_^
based off a stem cell, kinda, looks like a sprout,
and ya

evolves into a random final stage pokemon at lv 50

so ima go ahead and explain this guy.
like ditto, it has similar breeding capabilities, breeds with any egg type, any gender.
but, unlike ditto, it can also evolve into a random fully evolved Pokemon. so at lvl 50, it can evolve into a Nidoking, or it can evolve into a metagross. of course, this means it has a very low chance of evolving into something you want, and a very high chance of getting something you dont want/need.
but anyways, the stats will change to conform to the new pokemon's base stats, and there will be no sign of it being a stemorph before, because its only move, transform, will be replaced with protect upon evolution.

You could also make a hold item for it that excludes or chooses what type the pokemon is that it evolves into

Well say it was holding an item you would normally see on a bug type(such as a Silver Powder) then it would exclude non bug type pokemon in it's evolution or exclude those that resist or those that are weak to bug types or you could make your own item for it that has a similar function as ditto has two custom items in the games. Just a suggestion.

ah i see, so basically, if stemorph holds, say, a bug gem (cuz there's one of each gem) then it will only evolve into a bug type final. hmm... that's considerable.

p.s an idea I had for the Eeeveloutions could be paleo or Neo, it goes like this, they each become a king and queen kinda forme or evolution over the usual evo's i guess
