Description
There aren't a lot of times when I shoot a photo and think of it in terms of creating a series or any sort of deliberate connection, but when I shot Supple Shadows I thought that it should certainly have a counterbalance in a similar shot using only a light background. So I came around the counter while the sun still came through our windows and shot a few photos with my 105mm macro using our light countertop as the white background.

This time I overexposed the shot a stop to bring out the brightness not only in the apple but also to blow out the counter a little more.
