Description
There's nothing I like drawing quite as much as dragons
Chinese inks and paints on regular A3 paper. Shaky picture taken with phone then fixed up in PS.

That's a very well done eastern style dragon. I have a hard time with them because I've trained myself to try to make things anatomical, but they don't quite work like that...

Thanks Anna! And yeah, I fully understand. Eastern Dragons have such funny head shapes that are difficult to translate to a believable creature. I've seen the odd succesful realism attempt by other artists before, but I usually see people try going for either a more Western Dragon-style head or a wolf-like head to make it work.
I guess they're like Western Dragons; they don't exist anyway so any interpretation is up to one's own artistic choices
