Edit : As of November 20th, 2012, this character now belongs to : .Well, I've done it. Something I promise myself I'd never do... Yet I doodled it anyways out of boredom. :/
Sense I feel like I've abused my Riolu and skunk / skunk-highbreed character cards ever since I've joined dA, I'm putting this guy up for point adoption.
Currently, his asking price is 25 points. Willing to go as low as 20 points though at minimum. If he's not adopted at the end of the month, I'll probably just turn him into another OC.
Feel free to come up with a name and back story for him. If you're having a hard time with that though, I was thinking of calling him Rueko and giving him a back story like he got cused somehow into being part skunk.
Anyways, onto my thoughts about this drawing... I do not like how most of it came out. :/ Shading looks awkward, but I do like how the forest came out. The transition between the dirt path and the grassy background looks flat and like they were just stacked ontop of each other, and those stick flowers... Just those stick flowers...
I do like how the Rioly actually looks on proportion like an actual Riolu for once though. I think I'll just stick to drawing characters from now on. I don't think backgrounds are my thing...
Meh. I think I'm coming down with a cold...

I don't really think I thought up too much about his back story before I put him up for adoption. All I know is it had something to old with old ruins, but that's as far as I thought up I believe.

Well, chances are since your actually the first person who wants to adopt him since I first posted this in June, it'll still be open for adoption by the time you get the points.
Tell you what though, I'd be willing to cut the price down to 15 / 10 points. I don't want to sound stingy, but point adoptables are the only way I can get points at the moment besides llama badge trades.

He looks really cool. I'm kind of jealous of how nicely you fit the muzzle on his face. And the background's not too bad; I chuckled when I saw what he was grimacing at.

Thanks. The only thing that really made me not care for the picture though was the background shading. Like that one lighter shahed area on the hill. The transition as it gets lighter isn't exactly all that smooth...
