It's on TV at 26:15 on every Friday night here. I thought it was miracle, as every season we have only one or two latest anime broardcasted in this area.
DVD Vol.1 will be out in coming July, but I don't know if Hermony Gold allow it to reach US shore.

It has been my all-time most-favorite Anime for 13 years. Ask me something - I know everything about Macross Plus! (Hmmm...maybe...probably...)

I own Macross Plus. I was amazed at how much they made the dogfight scenes look so real even without CG animation. I gave it four thumbs up! I recommended it to my Anime Club at my old high school.
I liked it so much, I even downloaded the OSTs for it.

Which version did you show to your friends, Original Video version or Movie version? Both are very nice. I also have International version (Eng. dubbed version). The anime is so nice with English voices (actually it is one of the reasons why I was interested in studying English). It is pity that they did not make "International version" of the movie version.

I'd say "buy them, save the industry!" but indeed US version OST1 is not worth to buy - it is totally same disc as JP version and does not include the song "Voices" with English lyrics, which was used in "International version" video.

Well, school ended before I could show them. I was going to show them the Original Movie version. I never watched it in English. I actually never watch anime in english anymore, because I don't like the voice actors. XDD

Both, I think. I'm not the one who please such episode, but I think it's... just OK.
Oh, that's right, American animations don't have such episode/scenes, right? (I know the regulations about "kids programs" are very strict, but) I think Peter Parker & MJ can go out for swimming. Ahh, I think I have once seen a comic book('s cover) titled "Swim-suit edition" like "Sports Illustrated" and which has comic female (and male ) characters in swim-suit inside. Was it doujin? I donno...
