Here's an awesome move set for Togekiss:

Yawn
Wish
Fly
Last Resort

Yawn will put the opponent to sleep the next turn, you can then use wish to heal any damage caused by the opponent's one free move, then use fly to come at it while it's sleeping, then the Powerful Last Resort which can only be used after you've used your other attacks at least once will finish it off. As long as your opponent's first attack doesn't kill you and he doesn't wake up early, this combination is foolproof.

That DOES sound like a good combo....
.....but knowing MY luck, the opponent Pokemon would probably wake up as soon as mine takes flight.....

Even if it does wake up, it won't be able to hit you when you're in the sky (Unless it knows thunder or something, which would spell certain doom).

Yeah, also earthquake and magnitude can hit pokemon using dig. And they're more affective when they hit them in these conditions too.
