Yes, chibis cannot use motion data straight "out of the bag", you have to scale it down to their size and trying to figure out the correct ration is a pain.

when i used your tutorial for chibi's. the ratio is 0.6 0.6 0.6 ouo sometimes 0.5 0.6 0.5 but depends a lil

Manga = Japanese version of a comic book/visual novel. As is common with this type of media, it comes with its own "sub-language".
Personally, I don't read manga or comic books; on rare occasions visual novels if the artwork is particularly good. However, I am a big fan of anime (Japanese animated cartoons).
