Sadly, no, she cannot.... But, she is still really neat!

G: Now, now, don't throw a fit. Didn't your mother ever tell you it's good to share? I'm just asking if your little friend had considered other options.
O: Other options? What, you're saying I'm not good enough for him?
Man: Ladies, please, calm down. Now, miss, what is your name?
G: Gina.
Man: Gina, you are obviously very beautiful.
O: Hey!
Man: Olive, let me finish. You are both very beautiful, but Gina, I'm afraid that your presence is making Olive feel uncomfortable. She's been stuck guarding some mage's tower hidden in the woods for ages, and I'm really the only person who even comes around here anymore. I think she might be afraid that you'll "steal me away" and that she'll go back to being alone again.
G: Ooooh. Alright, look, I just finished a weeklong journey alone, and I was hoping to get a...quick night with company. You just happened to be the first guy I ran into. If you want me out of your hair, that's fine, just point me to the nearest town. I'm sorry if you thought I was trying to take him away from you for good.
O: Well...what was I supposed to think? You showing up, batting your eyes and swinging your hips. I mean, it's obvious that you're...better than me with...
G: Hey, don't be like that. You found a guy that likes the green, and he wouldn't have kept coming out here unless he thought you were something special.
O: ...The nearest town is about 10 miles north. Just follow the river...Wait. You've travelled a lot more than me, so...can you give me any pointers with...men?
G: Well, I've...learned a few techniques that might improve your evenings. Why don't we go back to your place and we can discuss it?
O: Actually...*picks man up* I was hoping that I could...practice a bit. You can...use him to demonstrate, if you like. And I heard that in the south there are the..."Double Goddess" techniques?
G: *smiles* They're called the "Twin Goddess" techniques, and I'd be happy to show you. You up for a night of training, little man?
Man: Uh, sure, I'll give a shot. Olive, are you sure you're okay with this? It'll be no fun if you just see it as a competition.
O: I...I know. But...if we're going to make our meetings last, it's in my best interest to learn how to make you as happy as I can. Besides, *gives a little grin* Mother always said that it was important to share.

Silverking101, you have crafted the perfect scenario with how this can end well with everyone happy. Well mostly happy if the little man can survive "Twin Goddess".

You know, with them being based off of turtles, I can't help but imagine them being very slow. "Heeeeeeyyyyy, wheeeeeere ya goooooin? Coooooome baaaaack!"

Heh. That's understandable, but PlayfulOtter is right, I'm taking them more in 'Gamera' direction. She's a big, active brawler, who isnt afraid to play a little rough...

"...but PlayfulOtter is right..." I weep with joy because you have no idea how hard it is for me to hear that. A rare treat when I can be right.
I do wonder though, does she share other traits with turtles? Like retreating into her shell/armour when threatened? Does she carry Salmonella every where she goes? Doubtful, because it wouldn't be fun to have adult times with a hot turtle woman and then end up sick afterwards.

Retracting into the shell, kind of, yeah. Carrying salmonella, definately not. That's not the sort of thing the setting is about....

Or based off of Gamara. A flying, fire spewing, giant turtle who protects Tokyo from other giant monsters. Gamara is really neat, Gamara is full of meat, we all love Gamara.
Okay now that my nostalgia is out of the way on to the picture!
My eyes are immediately drawn to the Gamerelle's hair, it is a lovely color against her lighter green skin. I also really like the turtle armour she's wearing, very clever design. It also looks like the Ogryn needs some new clothes, her's are looking a little torn. Maybe her man can put some extra hours at. . .the. . .mage's. . .uh, I think it looks like he works at some kind of mage laboratory or alchemist den. Regardless, this man needs to get his lady some new threads.
As for his more immediate predicament. Maybe he should stick with his Ogryn lady, after all loyalty goes a long way. Besides I'm sure the adorable Gamerella can find another young man who believes in, to quote simpleswede and the 80's, "Turtle Power"

Yeah, that sounds about right. She can come out of her shell (heh) when she needs to... It just takes a lot of wriggling and writhing for her to do so!

She can come out of her shell? That's certainly quite weird.
Am I right in assuming the shell can only come off when she's in humanoid form?

Ye....eah. Definately only in humanoid form.
