Alrighty, been a while, but at last Kami has been given clothes, colored, edited and recolored. Its was quite the extensive process truth be told. But I feel it was worth it, its by far some of my most cleanest lines and best colorings. I used painter primarily with a little photoshop. I also added in some more textures into this one. Been a while since Ive done that and I think Ive done it better here.For those who need to know, Kamikirimusi is my primary character on Ragnarok Online. She is a Sura class and has an affinity for punching things and dancing. Shes got a bit of a rough backstory of being found in the Payon Caves as a baby and is supposed to be the reincarnation of a demon. I should really flush it out a lot more, but I am a little lazy lol.

Do you know there's an Oni character in Soul Calibur IV called "Kamikirimusi" as well? And looks somewhat similar to your character.
The artist is Hirokazu Hisayuki, a guest artist for SCIV, so I doubt he looked up deviantart to look for reference. But I think it's cool how close they look alike! Coincidence rocks! ^_^

*laughs* Actually theres a lot of coincidence and some not. The character is actually named after the Soul Calibur character when I was trying to think of names for her. I figured there would be no one with the name. Though as the previous classes of characters she was, ie: novice, accolyte, monk, and champion, she didn't look like her namesake really at all. But the final class of Sura is what really made her look the part, although twas complete coincidence that this class did this. Weird how things work out eh?

All this needs is a pair of horns on one side of her head and yellow eyes, and voilà! Alternate costume for my favorite oni girl in a videogame!
Other tahn that, I this art piece just the way it is. Sexy red-heads who can kick my ass, like this beauty right here, is a major turn on. The exotic eye-color is a great bonus, too.

The coloring sure did a lot to enliven the lineart. The energetic pose is great, I have one critique regarding her left arm. It'd be good to show foreshortening here, showing her forearm- even just the bottom part of it- would make a great impact.

*nods* I would agree, though most of her forearm is taken up by the gauntlet. Ill see what I can do, and if I cant Ill keep it in mind for future images

I really like the coloring job on this one. I still think that the wrap on her chest is a little off, but other than that it's freaking awesome!

You have requested critique so I will give it!
1. the open hand looks like it is crookedly placed on the wrist, they should either line up or a bend at the wrist should be apparent
2. I notice the lack of the right eye under the hair, I am guessing it is supposed to be hidden but with that hair some eye should be peaking through
3. the line on the stomach should end at the chest wrap I think

That hand has given me a bit of trouble, not quite sure what to do to fix it. Ill see keep it in mind for the future.
The lack of right eye is sorta kinda supposed to be covered, its mostly not drawn for stylistic purposes though otherwise yes, I would totally agree.
And that's actually a good point about the stomach line, Ill make a quick edit on that and get it all fixed up asap.
