This is going to sound strange, but this is exactly what I have been looking for! I am Chief of a theatrical Scottish clan called Na Clanna MacPolk of the Western Highlands. I have have been trying to find an artist/photographer that can draw/capture a scene of snow capped mountains, with a night sky and a full moon. Forgive me for being so bold, but is it possible to obtain/purchase the right to use this as part of our logo?

im kinda confused as to what exactly you're wanting. are you wanting exclusive rights to the image or do you just want a copy of the digital media file?

Basically, all I want to be able to do is use or reproduce this image and put it on our clan flag, with your permission, and without doing anything illegal, immoral, or unethical. I don't need to have exclusive rights to it, but I would very much like to use it. I have never asked anyone to use their images before, so I hope I am asking in the right way.
P.S.
I am also a member of "socal" and will be attending Renfaires in San Diego, Del Mar, Big Bear, L.A., and Corona.

I know this is probably a strange reaction, but for some reason when I looked at this it made me want to go ski. I miss being near snowy mountains.
It's one of my favorite midnight scenes that I've seen so far. That bright moon is hypnotizing.
