This is a glorious shot in terms of symetry. Obviously there is a "natural" path which leads directly to the subject who is in a very curious position. I adore the reflections on the walls and the light on the floor, as well as the feeling of the light at the end of the tunnel. This thought leads to some of the figure being some kind of guide, but in many ways he looks too thoughtful for that. Looking out over who knows what he is obviously thinking deeply and in return I want to think deeply about the shot.
Adding to my love of the light and reflections, it seems to me that the reflection of the beams on the floor gives this image an inherant height, something which cannot be guessed, judged or measured, but something I want and do take for granted. The actual height doesn't bother me, but it feels like I am looking through the clouds from above, knowing there is more down there, somewhere, but it doesn't matter to me how far away it is.
Given the darkness of the frame there is little I can say except that the sheer intensity of the white light center frame is beautifully captivating and really demonstrates a well read piece of photography. May I ask how you metered it? Wonderful work any which way, I will be sure to visit your gallery again.

I love that you've titled this "Dreamer". The figure breaks up the clean lines (which are lovely, by the way) quite wonderfully. He's incongrous with the stark hallway, dreaming of more.
